Two years ago (ish) today...this small pregnant belly (I say small, because this was nothing compared to how big this sucka got!!) housed two small babies, probably each the size of a homegrown grapefruit. We lived in the smallest house ever, in sort of a shady neighborhood, in the hottest city EVER...(also probably not entirely true, but boy oh boy did I feel this way during my entire pregnancy)
Four months later...Trace and Ruby were welcomed into the actual world......
Here is a small picture of just how big that belly actually was...DANG GIRL!!! That belly made my gigantic boobs look like perky little things!!! BAHAHAHA Okay, back to the point.
Exactly 20 months ago, Trace and Ruby Mead graced us all with their presence...
So tiny and different. SO beautiful. Today they are 20 months old.....that is 608 days, 14, 592 hours.....ALMOST TWO YEARS OLD! Where has the time gone? It is incredible to think that these tiny little babies are now tiny little toddlers. They have almost all of their teeth, they run, they want to dance and wear weird hats and brush their teeth. They eat everything we eat, they pick their noses, they repeat everything we say, they say please and thank you (sometimes) They have changed SO much.
Happy Happy 608 days on the planet Trace and Ruby. We hope that you have had a fabulous run so far...We know that we don't usually make a fuss about birthdays and especially not "month" markers, but for some reason today, I am floored that we are already in the 20th month of your lives! Every day is incredible. We love love love your guts!
