As usual in Prescott, Spring always seems to start with a snow...this year, just like all others we accumulated between 18-24" depending on the area of town the day before the "first" actual day of spring. It was amazing and we really needed the moisture. And like any typical spring snow storm, within 2 days it was almost completely melted, but it sure was beautiful and fun while it lasted.
Day 1
Day 2
Day 2 1/2
Trace and Ruby picked out their clothes to go outside and play...
{YES those are Ruby's thin pajama pants and yes Trace picked out a very practical hat}
Garrett built the kids an amazing ramp in our front yard and we had a great time being outdoors...which was really special for us because last year, Trace and Ruby wanted absolutely nothing to do with the snow. Trace even took off his shoes and socks and was rocking the ramp with bare feet...BARE FEET.
As you can see the "lets teach the kids to throw snow" idea really back fired for Daddy-O
