We sure have had a lot going on lately. So many things to do and so little time to sit down and write a little ditty about what we're doing. So...here is a very short recap of our life since the last time I posted. I promise that I will be better about posting more often. It has been a lovely summer here in Prescott. The monsoon season is upon us and as much as we LOVE being able to walk down to the park every night {dry} we also love what the rain does for our garden and our lawn {most of you know how we feel about having a lawn..and about watering it} Our tiny rainwater tank is full and useful and everything that we have growing is loving the rain and soon we will have a billion ripe tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc etc. BOO YA!
Here is a list of amazing photographs recapping the adventures of July....
We have been taking a lot of walks and enjoying our little town
I got a new, amazing, sharp knife from my lovely husband
Not too long after he took these amazing pictures of said knife, I cut the S*%$ out of my finger
which is no surprise to anyone..
Ruby helped me do some baking one morning while our boys were still sound asleep {no knives involved}
We have been enjoying our lovely grass now that the rain is watering it and making it incredible
We have a new addition to our family {you all thought our poor little ones would never have a pet} this little guy lives in our garden and has made his home in our lemon basil
Daddy-O made the kiddos an awesome fort while it was pouring outside...Best-Fort-Ever
Trace has mastered his first fake smile and he uses it all the time...he also has an incredible fake laugh.
{Seriously Incredible}
Ruby also found another small animal in the garden, a cute little baby lizard
The hubster found a new project {this will keep Uncle T$ busy}
We got a new {to us} rug..And it looks fabulous with our craigslist sofa
And...we have been enjoying some AMAZING juice
{and our little monkeys have become famous at the farmers market, so they have been loving some good old vegetables}
